This treatment begins with hot towels placed on the back followed by a completely de-stressing massage of the whole back using calming and smoothing techniques. The neck, shoulders and upper arms are massaged incorporating gentle stretches to ease out tension.

This treatment begins with hot towels placed on the back followed by a completely relaxing massage of the whole back using calming and smoothing techniques. The neck, shoulders and upper arms are massaged incorporating gentle stretches to ease out tension. The face uses gentle lift and toning techniques and is topped off with a super relaxing scalp massage

An aromatic back, neck and shoulder tension release massage followed by a bespoke organic aromatherapy holistic facial.

The back, neck and shoulders are massaged using deep smooth movements that soothe and stretch tight, aching and tension related symptoms. A warming balm containing anti-inflammatory and analgesic essential oils is used after the back is cleansed with warm towels and gentle stretches. ​

The facial includes a double cleanse, tone, exfoliation, deeply relaxing face and head massage, mask, finishing organic beauty skin balm and relaxation techniques that will leave you feeling completely relaxed and your skin feeling amazing.

 

 

 

Silky smooth body exfoliation and massage

Exfoliation and massage of the back, legs, tummy (optional extra £10) and arms. Leaves the skin feeling silky soft and nourished. A beautifully aromatic salt scrub is applied to the body and removed with hot towels for a luxury sensation. The body is then massaged to leave the skin feeling super soft and hydrated.

The basalt stones are used in various massage techniques and glide over your body in slow rhythmical stokes to calm and unwind the mind, body and spirit. This treatment includes massage of the back, legs, feet, arms, hands and scalp. The 60 minute treatment includes abdominal and facial massage.
